WHO IS randy jackson?
Coach Randy Jackson is a 33-year Texas high school football coach, including 22 years as a head coach, and the 2018 recipient of the Texas High School Coaches Association’s prestigious “Beyond the Game” award. He’s a former Texas Coach of the Year, international best-selling author of A Royal Season and Culture Defeats Strategy Volumes 1 and 2, and served as offensive coordinator for the Potsdam Royals—the first team in European history to average over 50 points per game.

Coach Jackson was building culture, team identity, and leadership systems long before it became a trend.     Lesson 4 – Lead From the Front: Captains step up and teach the lesson to a small group of peers, with or without coach support.
